**Job Title: Special Projects Superintendent**

**Position Overview:**
As a Special Projects Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing HVAC ductwork installations on large projects. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled and experienced but also values teamwork and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and coordinate daily activities on the job site, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and other superintendents to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, three-week look-ahead plans, and project completion percentages, as well as track employee hours.
- Attend onsite meetings with mechanical teams and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Install HVAC ductwork with precision and quality, representing our company in a professional manner at all times.
- Foster a respectful and collaborative work environment among team members.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience managing HVAC ductwork for large projects.
- Ability to read, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications.
- Experience in layout hangers using dimensions or Trimble units.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ductwork, duct systems, water gauges, and various materials used in HVAC installations.
