Your Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Video Content Creator to join our marketing team and help shape our brand through high-quality, engaging video content. Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Operations Officer, you will play a key role in storytelling and brand development, crafting visually compelling content that resonates with our diverse, bilingual audience.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for web, social media, emails, and marketing campaigns.
Develop storyboards and creative concepts that align with branding and advertising goals.
Manage end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing.
Edit and enhance videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video animation software.
Execute post-production tasks such as audio design, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
Optimize video files for various platforms, ensuring seamless playback and quality.
Source and incorporate stock footage, music, and visual elements to enhance production value.
Operate and maintain video, audio, and lighting equipment for both on-location and studio shoots.
Ensure videos follow logical sequencing, including rough and final cuts, color correction, and final rendering.
What You Bring
Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for pacing, timing, and visual appeal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Apple/Mac software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Experience operating video cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment.
Ability to transport and set up production equipment for professional video shoots.
Skilled in sourcing and editing music to enhance video projects.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements
Portfolio/reel submission is required with your application.
Proficiency in Apple/Mac Products, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video animation software.
At least 1 year of experience in video post-production, editing, and digital publishing.
At least 1 year of experience in video content marketing.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
