As a Digital Campaign Setup Assistant, you’ll handle the backend assembly of lead generation and follow-up systems used by online businesses. These systems combine opt-in pages, calendars, and automation tools to move leads from sign-up to booked appointment automatically. Your responsibility is to make sure everything connects, works, and fires when it should—no selling, phone calls, or customer support involved.
You’ll use drag-and-drop tools and visual logic builders to complete your work. Training is included and designed for people with zero background in digital tools, marketing, or automation.
Set up landing pages and connect them to forms and calendars
Add automated email and text sequences triggered by user actions
Use prewritten templates for each part of the system
Apply logic that tags contacts based on behavior (e.g., booked vs. didn’t book)
Send leads down different automated paths based on timing and interaction
Organize contacts into segments for future campaigns or follow-ups
