Media Manager - REMOTE This position works closely across Account and Media team members while independently managing their own client and retailer relationships. The Role:Develop strategic digital media tactical plans across retail media networks (Walmart Connect, Sam's Club, Albertsons, Kroger, etc)Define detailed, cost-effective tactical digital media approaches based on client's goals to drive brand growthWork with cross-functional Account Managers, clients, and other eCommerce companies to help deliver strong media growth Be an important player in the conversation around digital media and have a good understanding of key performance indicators Identify trends and insights across the retailer media network to drive high-quality tactical plansHave a thorough understanding of digital media and promotions fuels growth on different online retailer platformsCultivate relationships with clients via email, phone calls, in-person meetings, and presentations, sharing best practices and recommendationsHelp train Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Associates to develop their knowledge of the Retail Media Network and the advertising industry Great to Have: 1-2 years experience in media and advertisingExperience with media planning (Kroger, Walmart, Sam's Club etc)Successful client/account management experience, including providing thought leadership on campaign strategiesCortex experience is a plus Experience working in the CPG space is desirable. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skillsDemonstrated experience as an effective team member with strong communications skills, reliability/integrity/empathy, and ability to self-startMust be comfortable with the learning curve/constant change that comes with operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing world of eCommerceComfortable in spreadsheets and doing analysis Apply today!
