Job Description
:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for event coordination and the desire to grow in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown.
Handle event documentation and provide administrative support as needed.
Assist with the development of event themes, decorations, and layouts.
Ensure all event needs are met in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide on-site assistance during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
