Step into the digital marketing world by learning how to support live campaigns from behind the scenes—no sales, no phone calls, no design work. As a Campaign Systems Assistant, you’ll work from home setting up the automated flows that help online businesses capture leads, send follow-ups, and schedule appointments. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, this is a clear and guided path into the systems side of marketing.
Includes access to a beginner-friendly 5-day onboarding challenge that shows you how to set up your first live system from scratch.
This role focuses entirely on back-end campaign operations. Your responsibility is to help make sure when someone signs up on a landing page, the next steps—like welcome messages, reminders, or calendar invites—happen without any manual work. You’ll use drag-and-drop tools and a tested setup framework to build everything out, even if you’ve never done anything like it before.
You won’t be generating leads or writing content. You’ll be activating and managing the systems that make those leads flow.
Install landing pages and contact forms using template tools
Link form submissions to appointment booking tools and email/SMS sequences
Use logic blocks to control when and how messages are delivered
Set up automated flows that change based on what the user does (books, ignores, cancels, etc.)
Assign tags to leads that determine what follow-up messages they receive
Organize contacts inside a CRM so they’re easy to track and manage
Simulate a user experience to verify that each step fires as expected
Fix common issues like missed emails, faulty logic, or timing errors
Clone and adapt high-performing workflows for different campaigns
Watching your next module in the Campaign Challenge dashboard
Building out a sequence that sends reminders to leads who didn’t book a call
Tagging test contacts and checking that each tag triggers the correct workflow
Troubleshooting skipped messages or duplicated steps
Customizing your system for a different type of offer using the same framework
You’ll be given everything you need to learn by doing. Academic credentials aren’t part of the screening process.
The system was designed for people starting fresh. You’ll follow each step with zero assumptions about prior knowledge.
Prefer structure and systems over creative brainstorming
Enjoy solving problems by tweaking settings and flows
Want a flexible, learnable entry point into the world of online marketing
Understand how automated campaigns drive real business results
Build skills that apply to freelance, contract, or virtual assistant work
Complete your first full campaign automation from start to finish
No fixed hours, meetings, or office time
Complete your training and system builds at your own pace
Perfect for those transitioning to remote work or looking to upskill
5-Day Campaign Systems Challenge provided at no cost
Templates for landing pages, message flows, CRM tags, and booking tools
Peer community and troubleshooting resources provided
Do I need to design anything or write copy?

Will I talk to leads or handle support?

Can this skill be used outside of this job?
Yes. Campaign setup is one of the most in-demand remote marketing support services.
How long is the training?
5 days, with lessons designed to be completed in 1–2 hours each.
