A Day in the Life of Our Seamstresses:

• Work with Project Managers: Collaborate with our project managers to ensure each job is completed to precise specifications, taking pride in your craft and ensuring top-notch quality every time.
• Diverse Projects: From soft window coverings to bedding, upholstered furniture, cushions, and accessories – you’ll work on a variety of projects that showcase your sewing and attention to detail.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that arise with jobs to ensure we meet our clients’ expectations for quality and timeliness.
• Attention to Detail: Oversee each project, ensuring that all items are created to exact specifications, with an impeccable eye for detail, from start to finish.
• Stay Organized: Work in an efficiently organized workroom where you’ll keep everything running smoothly, ensuring projects are completed to deadlines and meet quality standards.

What We’re Looking for in a Seamstress:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the window covering industry, drapery manufacturing, or another fabric-focused field that requires precision measuring and working with fabrics.
• Skill with Industrial Equipment: You’ve worked with industrial machinery and fabrication equipment, handling tools with precision and safety.
• Accuracy: You have a keen eye for measuring fabric and can complete order specifications with accuracy and ease.
• Team Player: You’re clear, professional, and ready to collaborate with project managers and fellow seamstresses to bring projects to life.
• Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable lifting 50-60 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in a hands-on, active workroom environment.
