Position:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Description:

Perform in-depth evaluations to identify behavioral patterns and create individualized support strategies.
Monitor behavioral data to assess progress and make informed updates to intervention approaches.
Work collaboratively with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support consistent care.
Offer guidance and training to team members on effective behavior support methods.
Keep thorough documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.
Conduct regular reviews to evaluate outcomes and refine support plans accordingly.
Serve as a client advocate across various environments to ensure access to appropriate resources and services.

Requirements:

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
1-2 years of experience.
Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral health.
Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA compliance.
Previous experience in patient care settings is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities to engage with clients, families, and colleagues effectively.
Comfortable working independently and within collaborative teams.

Benefits:

Direct hire position.
Full time, Monday-Friday 9-5 pm, Hybrid Schedule.
Salary range $80K-$135K (DOE).
2 Weeks paid Vacation.
