Deadline: Description The Economics Department has an opening for a tenured faculty position at the Associate Professor level, with the position beginning August 1, 2025. We seek candidates with an outstanding record of scholarship and demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence. The search will focus on two broadly-defined areas of research, prioritizing candidates who are leading scholars in either development economics or industrial organization.
Duties include: teaching and research in Economics, advising students and providing service to the department and university.
Qualifications Candidates must have an outstanding record of scholarship and demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence. The search welcomes a variety of methodologies. The committee will however take into consideration truly outstanding candidates from any field. A Ph.D. is required prior to appointment start date.

The projected base salary range is $180,264-244,999. Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
