Job Description

Growing and Highly Reputable HVAC company in need of Installers. Servicing Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and all of the East Valley. Need to have prior experience installing ACs. Offering a high pay rate for competent installers.

 
We are looking for people with the following qualifications:

• Experience working with Residential HVAC systems such as furnaces, air conditioners, and sheet metal. Need to be able and willing to efficiently service, maintain, and/or install furnaces and ACs.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent customer service.
• Trustworthy.
• Performs work with integrity.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Our pay is competitive and based on experience level - competitive piece rate for subs / high pay for full time $35-$45 an hour plus bonuses.
• There is also room for growth, raises, and benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc) in our company - relocation also possible as we locations in other states.
