Administrative/Personal Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative/Personal Assistant for a busy mental health practitioner. The ideal candidate will streamline backend operations and processes to increase productively and expand growth potential. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, self starting, problem solving and skilled in managing calendars, completing projects and tasks, organizing and administrative tasks. You must be comfortable wearing many hats, and professionally representing the agency. Candidate MUST have experience in mental health administration. Flexible hours, but must be responsive during agreed-upon working hours

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and track key projects and deadlines
  • Assist with confidential client and business communications
  • Support HR, marketing, and operations initiatives when needed
  • Draft emails, communications, and other administrative tasks
  • Create and manage calendars
  • Handle low level clinical administrative tasks
  • Create SOPs and streamline processes for daily business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mental Health field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professionalism, discretion, and reliability are essential
  • Strong computer skills are required
  • Knowledge and commitment to HIPAA compliance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Work Location: Remote
